Yoga is an art of bodyword who allows you to know yourself more deeply. Explore your inner movements while exercicing external possitions. Become aware of your movements and set your spirit free and through that unblock your bodys restrictions.
I will work with you on your individuel needs and help you to extend your moving borders or to accept your natural border. Together we evaluate your personal training plan for your personal physical or mental success. I will work out a personal skript for your own training.
